Welcome to week one of the quilt-along! The Sawtooth Star is a classic quilt block and the centerpiece of the Stars in My Garden quilt.
This week’s block is the Flying Geese block, which will surround last week’s Sawtooth Star.
This week’s block uses squares and half-square triangles to make Road to Oklahoma blocks.
A Sawtooth Star block with a twist! Half-square triangle units in the corner make this a Mosaic Star block, and it’s easy to assemble.
This week we’re making eight Susannah blocks in pink and green. Easy peasy – it’s all squares with a little twist!
